Our Construction Division has the capability to take plot of land and transform it into your dream home. We have the experience and equipment to clear brush/trees, complete earthwork, form and pour concrete foundations and walls, complete rough/trim carpentry, install roofing, flooring, concrete flatwork, septic systems, and many other aspects in between. For items of work we don't complete (I.E. plumbing, electric, HVAC) we will act as the General Contractor and subcontract the lowest qualified bidder. We work with our subcontractors to ensure our projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the expectations of our clients. Commercial/Industrial Construction
Many of our most recent projects have been in the Commercial/Industrial Sector. Typically specializing in construction of pre-engineered metal buildings. We have the experience and equipment to clear trees/brush, complete earthwork, install utilities (water main, sanitary and storm sewer), form and pour concrete foundations and flatwork, as well as complete the rough/trim carpentry. We have developed strong relationships with subcontractors in the Michiana area to erect/side/insulate the steel structure, install the plumbing, electric, and HVAC. Our most recently completed project in the Commercial/Industrial Sector was the Red Bud Fitness and Lifestyle Center in Buchanan, MI.
